Vanessa is an RYT500 hatha instructor classically trained in India with an extensive background in Vinyasa, Iyengar and Yin. She was lucky to be introduced to yoga as a teenager, and gives it credit for keeping her together ever since. She loves to explore the body through the breath with a practice rich in twists and balancing poses.  She likes to find the practice that vibes with the energy of the day—to encourage an approach that values the steadiness found at the edge. A deep believer in deep rest, her sequences are designed to ultimately land you in stillness.
